KinderGarten & 1st Grade
Our K & 1 classes will meet Monday-Wednesday each week from 8:30 am-3:30 pm.
This joint-grade class has level-specific instruction on Monday and Tuesday, during which they develop academic skills in subjects such as: reading, writing, math, history, Bible, science, etc. During these class days, at home class plans are determined and distributed to be completed on Thursday & Friday.
2nd & 3rd Grade
Our2 & 3 classes will meet Wednesday-Friday each week from 8:30 am-3:30 pm. This joint-grade class has level-specific instruction on Thursday and Friday, during which they develop academic skills in subjects such as: reading, writing, math, history, Bible, science, etc. During these class days, at home class plans are determined and distributed to be completed on Monday & Tuesday.

Wednesdays at FES are special because we come together as a whole school for chapel and activities. Our morning chapel involves praise & worship, prayer, age-appropriate messages, and devotions. Then the day is packed with special classes like art, music, PE, field days, guest teachers, and more. On all school days, students across grade levels get to experience a great deal of fun, ministry, and community that extends beyond students of the same age. This fosters a cross-age and cross-grade culture of growth, social skills, and belonging.
School parties & Special days
During the school year, there will be days when classes hold parties or special events. Several of these will be intentionally scheduled on All School Day. We have also intentionally made an effort to balance the school calendar with Professional Development days and holidays alternating between the K&1 and 2&3 classes.
